Floor Technician

As part of our growing team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our clients’ buildings operating safely, efficiently, and beautifully.
Janitor
Janitorial services are generally defined as keeping a building clean. This is accomplished by routine dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and waxing or polishing floors. Other services provided include emptying trash, cleaning and washing interior walls and doors and cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing restrooms.
Payroll Assistant / Sales Administrative Assistant
A full-time support role split between payroll and sales administration. Approximately 20 hours per week will be focused on payroll-related responsibilities, including timesheet review, punch verification, lunch-break tracking, payroll processing support, and timesheet approval.
Maintenance Tech II – Commercial Office / Tenant Services
This role supports professional office environments by responding to tenant service requests and performing light repairs. Ideal for technicians who value customer service and
professionalism.
