Position Overview:
This role supports professional office environments by responding to tenant service requests and performing light repairs. Ideal for technicians who value customer service and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to tenant work orders and service requests
  • Perform light repairs including patching, painting, doors, and ceiling tiles
  • Handle minor plumbing and electrical maintenance
  • Assemble and install dispensers, signage, fixtures, and furniture
  • Conduct inspections and basic troubleshooting
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors and report completed work
  • Follow all safety procedures and standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to tenant work orders
  • Perform light repairs and minor plumbing/electrical tasks
  • Conduct inspections and troubleshooting
  • Communicate professionally with tenants and supervisors

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of maintenance or facilities experience
  • Valid CA Driver’s License
  • Strong communication skills

  • Perform preventative maintenance and light repairs
  • Address plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance needs
  • Prioritize and manage work orders across locations
  • Coordinate with supervisors and vendors
  • Maintain safety awareness and documentation
