Job Description – Assisting Director of Operations as well as other executive managers and office personnel to help keep business running smoothly. Provide administrative support along with clerical tasks and customer service duties. Communicating effectively with team members to assist clients by answering emails, phone calls and giving account updates as needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, distributing mail and email, etc.
  • Receptionist duties, answer calls and direct them to correct department. Phones need to be answered from 6:00am – 6:00pm
  • Managing records of company policies and procedures as well as documenting account information
  • Managing billing software and assist with billing as requested by A/R
  • Assisting in coordinating company meetings, events and sessions as needed
  • Prepare reports, schedules and track hours per job as requested
  • Assist Director of Operations as needed – Must be adept, proficient, highly motivated, can endure immense work pressure and be very dependable
  • Work closely with Operations Department to oversee daily business operations
